Fill out the Membership application inside the Membership Info Brochure:
- Name
- Social Security
- Account Type- share/savings
- Account Services- payroll deduction
- Member information, up to and including position and years employed (eligibility is TCNJ)
- Beneficiary on the back under account designations
- Sign the bottom
Fill out the account change card:
- Check add under the subsequent actions of the Account Type/Services
- Fill out your personal information under ownership changes
- Flip to the back and check “other” under the account type column, and put “Summer Savings Club”
- Sign the bottom
Fill out the Payroll Deduction Authorization:
- Name
- Employer
- Phone
- Social Security number
- Check initial authorization
- Choose bi-weekly as the payroll period
- Put amount you would like to deduct into your summer savings club under the deposit amount
- Sign the bottom
- On the very bottom of the form on the left side, put “Summer Savings” next to other, and then the amount you would like deducted bi-weekly.
Please include a photocopy of a valid picture ID.
When all of these are completed you can mail them back to CUNJ to start your Summer Savings Club Account.
